I think the water retention thing is over rated. Yes, there is a little water retention but I notice it in my joints not visibly on my body. As a matter of fact, I notice I'm tighter and leaner when I'm on HGH. When I take a lot of HGH (10iu/day) my fingers feel like sausages and my face get puffy. Increase your dosage slowly and you won't have any problems. I back off my dosage and I'm back to normal in a week or so. No biggie.
