Im not sure about the half life (im pretty sure its not long at all tho) I was told to take two shots a day, morning and evening, with the frag and you can (at most) go EOD with the IGF. The best way i heard was to go 50-150mcg on your lift days and 25-50mcg on your off days. I also heard the AA is better then the bacterial water. (although it might burn more)

Bac water is fine with igf and hgh 176.
ARR gives you bac water with an order of peptides.
