If on tren ace would it render grf(1-29) & ghrp6 useless?

Undecided if these peptides igf-1 raising abilities are ineffective if your levels are already elevated due to running tren ace @ 75mg everyday? I have no clue if i am in the high or low end by this chart of age groups of igf-1 levels http://www.hsc.wvu.edu/som/cmed/c8/r...F1_M_COMBO.pdf but i would suspect the high end while on tren?

If i get the peptides in the future i would take 175mcg/ea everynight on an empty stomach, wait 20-30 minutes later, drink a protein shake and go to bed.I would also run 100mcg/ea either first thing in the morning or maybe after work later in the day.Besides the before bed dose when would you suggest is the best time of the day to use the other 100mcg?

The main reason for taking roughly 275mcg total a day is cause i can get the discounted price if i buy 100mg of each which divided by 365 days/1 year supply equals roughly 274mcg a day.Any suggestions and help is appreciated!

I found a ton of studies supporting the increase in IGF-1 production from the introduction
of Tren and estro(in steer).... from this I can conclude that the raise of estrogen from testosterone injections combined with tren would have a type of synergenic effect in IGF-1 production... however these studies havent been conducted on humans so its just conjecture.... now your questions is regarding the use of peptides during the use of tren... since they signal the body to produce more igf-1 I highly doubt it would be a complete waste... however IMO depending on your level of development its questionable whether or not peptide or GH use is warranted.

    But anyway study:

Thanks for the input with the addition of the article soulstealer! This raises another question of curiosity about the addition of estradiol (E2).Since i am using tren ace alone maybe its igf-1 abilities are significantly reduced? This stuff is hard to get solid answers on due to lack of studies as you mentioned and everyones body functions so differently.I guess the only way to really know would be to fork over the cash to be tested by your doctor of levels while completly free of external hormones and peptides, then to be tested during use.

If i was to be tested during the use of tren ace how long after administration would be the best time to be tested to get the best estimate of what my average igf-1 levels would be?

My goal for the possible addition of these peptides is to maybe slow ageing by trying to keep igf-1 levels in the range of a healthy young adult if possible.I noticed from the profile here on tren ace that it says tren doubles igf-1 levels.
And, it’s worth noting that not only does it increase the levels of IGF-1 in muscle over two fold, it also causes muscle satellite cells (cells that repair damaged muscle) to be more sensitive to IGF-1 and other growth factors(3). The amount of DNA per muscle cell may also be significantly increased (3).
Maybe thats the best guess i can find for now.
