I'm starting a HGH and Var cycle and will periodically update this with the results.

I am running HGH (4iu 5-on/2-off) for 6 months and Var (50mg) for ~10 weeks. My goals are to gain ~5-10lbs of muscle and lean out to under 12% BF over my cycle. I'm currently 33, 6'3'', 215lbs, ~15% BF. My diet is clean and I'm lifting 4 days a week and doing cardio 3-4 days per week for ~40 minutes. My diet is the huge factor in leaning out to sub 12%, and I'm looking forward to the HGH/Var combo to aid in strength gains and the BF lean out.
