    HGH and Cardio

I have been running hgh for close to 2 months now. Anywho, this week I really turned stepped up my cardio. Up up until now, I had been doing cardio only 3 days a week. Well, I'm doing double the amount of cardio now, and I feel great! I took nice long run today for a little bit over an hour, and barley felt fatigued.

Well this post is just to find out how many of you guys feel like your hgh really helps out your cardio game. Please share your experiences with me.

I've been on and off gh for over 7 years. For me gh helps me recuperate faster and get a better night sleep, those two factors are huge in my fitness program and so yes I believe my cardio benefits from gh use. BTW I use 3 ius eod.

    Hey Guys x

I have recently been speaking with my guy about HGHRP6 for fat loss around the stomach area - I am aware of the side effects i.e monster hunger pains - I think I can deal with that as I am on Duromine also.

I just wanted to make sure It was good for a woman 25, weighs 68kilos, 5'11. I was told to inject into stomach fat and It breaks down the fat around the organs - Can some one please confirm?

Also I have been looking at t3 - I need to get lean before an important try out in September - Cardio Is cutting the fat but i'm just not hard and lean enough.

I run at high intensity 4-6 times a week i also have a toning routine I do 3-4 times a week.

Any advice would be great xxxxx

I do a plyometric workout along with the weight training. Super intense on the cardio. I've also been on HGH for 15 months. I feel strong and recover well. I'm also supplementing with L-glutamine.
