Injection sites

if you are injecting say twice a day for 5 days of the week where are best spots to inject? as on howtoinject.com they state that on site should only be injected twice a week?

i have never heard of any protocol that suggests taking two HGH shots per week....

If your injecting 2 times a day with a slin pin fallow the spots in this link i attached i know for a slin pin you can use the 2 spots they show you as much as you want (Diabetics do it with insulin every day the same way same size needle with out any problems). For a IM injection you would need to rotate from one glut to the other and one quad to the other and find one more spot your okay with so you dont build up to much scar tissue you dont want to shoot a IM injection more then 2 times a week Doctors say but many people still do with no problems.

cant tell you any scientific stats but i take 2 shots a day and this is how I do it. Monday left of belly button second shot right of belly button, tuesday left quad then right, wed right tricep then left , thursday left shoulder then right then back to stomach. Thats what i do and works for me.

Hmmm... Injecting twice per week in the same spot is new to me. I pin left of belly button in the AM and right of belly button in the PM and have been doing so for 15 months. I haven't noticed anything funny going on the injection sites.
