    How quickly to increase HGH dose?

    I’m 28 at 230 with 16% BF, current diet is 300g of protein 120g carbs and 70g fats, aprox 2200 cal. Using Sus at 500 mgs and Deca at 250 mgs every third day. Also using PCGL 50 mcgs twice a day for old gyno, fat loss and to increase IGF levels. I’m injecting 2 ius upon wakening of Somatotropin everyday for one week without any sides. When can I increase my dose, what’s the best way split-up or one shot in the am? What should be my max dose and how quickly can I get there safely. Looking to gain lean mass. Doing cardio for 45 min every morning on empty stomach, then weight training later in the day.

    take shot upon waking or what i do is wake up a few hours before waking and shoot then go back to bed, they say its good to sleep or nap after an injection. You could take your second shot of the day pwo, this is good for the anabolic window. You could up your dose to 3iu see how it affects you and after a few weeks at that then up it some more.

    Good advice. What I would recomend for muscle growth is 6 to 10 ius ed for no less than 10 to 15 weeks. for your body type proble 8 or 9 depending on how you react to higher doses. Jump 2 ius more every ten days until you get to 8. One dose early am and second early afternoon or pwo. Start with at least a 4 iu ed dose. i use gh and it takes time but the wait is worth it.     i recommend 8 IU, 4 at morning when you wake up and wait 1 hour before taking your breakfast.

    then 4IU right after your workout (ie at evening) for anabolic effect. Wait at least 30 mins before eating your meal. Or if you want to reduce fat then it is better to get it just before sleep.

    HGH is a long term use item. Start slow. 3iu/ed for 10 days to 2 weeks. See how you feel. Move up by 1iu at a time.
