ok i wanted to post how my cycle is working how i feel and so forth and how long it has taken to reach my goal. I am 29 years old, started my first cycle about 8 weeks ago. Didn't want to start posting until my IGF-1 levels were getting up. Anyway I started at 4 iu's a day of a bluetop that I got online. My diet has been really good and I have a 4 day a week weight training and 6 days a week cardio for about an hour a day. I started getting tingling and a tightness in my hands the first week of the cycle which surprised me because i thought it would take longer. Other than that I really saw no side effects or anything out of the normal till about week 3 i noticed i was retaining water a little more than normal which I am told is normal. And i found myself a little more sprightly than 3 weeks previous. Around week 6 i started to notice i was just feeling all around better and sleeping like a baby as well as it seemed like my thinking was clearer and sharper. Now in week 8 i am noticing my skin changing,it is really hard to explain, its just different. My complexion is better and all around I feel great. Now on to the other. I am 6'5 and when i started the cycle I was at 248 lbs and now 8 weeks later I am at 226 lbs. I don't know if that's from the GH or the cardio but I do know this I feel great all the time that makes me want to exercise. So I think they go hand in hand.
