    Please clarify

split dosage , i read alot that up to 5iu is fine for a one shot application, what is the benefit of splitting the dose am and pm ? i see alotof the guides written support a split dosage am and p.m.

its obviously much easier to do a 5iu 3am shot than to transport it up and down and do a 2.5iu 3am shot and a 2.5iu 2pm shot (directly between meals)

i dont mind splitting it up if there is a genuine advantage to this in the 5iu range ? i can understand 8 iu 10iu etc .

if someone can shed some light i would greatly appreciate it

I used to do 5iu/ed split into am and pm doses. Three months ago I went to one 5iu shot in the am. Still seeing good results. No difference as I can tell.

HGH is a long term use product. No use experience pain. Just lower you dosage. You'll feel better and that's what all these compounds are supposed to do right? If you look good but feel like crap what's the use?

    i hear you,

will stick with 5iu a few more days and see if it gets any worse or starts improving at all, if not will drop dosage to 3iu ed and take it from there
