AR's Italian Tonic
I've read that, when reconstituting IGF-1 and HGH, not to allow the dilutent to rush into the vial. Why is this exactly? Does it cause damamge to the lypo powder or make it lose potency?
I've never had this happen when using IGF but I have a buddy who had this happen twice when using HGH, and I'm trying to find out for him.

It can damage the peptide.
