Blood glucose readings pre and post HGH
In my continuing quest to validate my HGH, I bought a blood glucose meter to monitor my glucose levels pre and post HGH injection. I started with a reading first thing when I woke up, then I did my injection and remeasured about 30 minutes later. I then ate breakfast, consisting of a glass of orange juice and a bowl of oatmeal (approx. 40g sugar total) and did another reading 10 minutes later, and then in 30 minute increments after that.
My understanding (and this may be wrong), is that after an HGH injection, you temporarily become insulsin resistant, which should result in high blood glucose levels 2-3 hours after consuming sugar due to your body not uptaking the sugar. The following is my blood glucose log:
Blood glucose test when I first got up: 104
Blood glucose 30 minutes after HGH injection (5IU): 93
Blood glucose 10 minutes after eating bowl of oatmeal and cup of OJ: 100
Blood glucose 30 min after eating: 164
Blood glucose 60 min after eating: 118
Blood glucose 90 min after eating: 129
Blood glucose 120 min after eating: 102
Now, I am no glucose expert, but isn't the above log what would happen normally if you were not using HGH? A spike in glucose after eating a high carb meal which goes back to the original level range of before you ate after about 2 hours? Or am I missing something?
What should the results look like if the HGH were authentic?

The problem is that we don't know exactly how much of a spike GH will cause in the blood glucose levels. I think it can definitely depend on the individuals health as well.
Also, you waited 30 mins before you ate after you gave yourself the injection and that would help.
I always wait 1 to 1 1/2 hrs before I eat after I give myself the AM injection to avoid any extra rise in blood glucose levels.

On my normal GH days, I wait about 2 hours before I eat after injecting, but for the sake of this glucose test I needed to eat because my understanding is that a GH injection on it's own will do nothing to alter your glucose levels. It only affects your insulin resistance temporarily so the best way to test your GH is to take a shot and then eat a significant amount of sugar. What I was expecting to see if my HGH were real is a more drawn out glucose peak.
I'm going to run the same test tomorrow morning without GH involved and see if I get similar results. If my glucose levels have a noticeably smaller peak, then that would be a good sign. If the numbers look similar, I think I will have enough information to postulate that my HGH is fake.

frawnz, the best way to tell if your HGH is legit is to take a blood test. You can mail order the blood test. It's less then a $100. It'll check your IGF level. You should do one on no or low HGH and one a couple of weeks later after being on higher HGH dosage. If the IGF results don't change your HGH is bunk.

Let us know how your levels are without the GH.

Ya, ultimately I may take another blood test, I really just wanted to avoid spending the money on one and waiting on the results. I took a full blood work test before I started HGH, so I have a baseline to go from. The source I bought it from in China wants to call me and discuss it, so we'll see what he has to say.
