    5 vs 10

For those fortunate enough to be running 10iu ed what do you feel the main difference is for you from say a lower dose 5iu ed ?

I take 5iu ed at the moment,8 weeks in blue top would like to be on 8 to 10iu ed but am unsure of the extra benefit vs cost. I run quite heavy long aas cycles as well.

It depends on your goals. If you're on 5iu/ed it should be giving you good fat burning and some anabolic effects. 10iu/ed is one whole vial a day and that gets spendy really fast. If you're looking for anabolic results from the HGH it's the EXPENSIVE way to go. I would recommend you stay with 5iu/ed and work on your diet. You'll get more bang for your buck.

Thanks for the reply scotchguard,I must admit I am def benifiting latley from the fatburning,I have been on a forced break from training over the last 4 weeks, and well took a break from eating clean, and I have remained hard and I believe even shed bodyfat even though my diet has been terrible.I am starting my bulker now aas wise and diet wise .was just curious to the differences,as I notice there are 1 or 2 members running 10 plus iu a day.

The pros run 10iu/ed or more. The 5iu/ed will keep your metabolism up and fat down. It's awesome isn't it? Taking 10iu/ed won't double the fat burning. After experimenting a bit I found 5iu/ed to be optimal for me. That's with respect to fat burning/$ ratio. If you have the money running 10iu/ed is awesome. You'll get some nice quality muscles. However, you can get the same results with AAS and a clean diet for a whole lot less $.
