HGH Log
Hey all,
mentioned before that I would put up a log so here it is.
Just started my HGH , started on 4IU a day (hyge) going to work my up to 8IU and then back to four and off. I have ten weeks worth of Onerip (test blend for lean bulk) Which I plan to incorporate at the the begining of the third month on HGH. I also have some t-3 and clen to rip out when I have come off the one rip. All in all the cycle will last 6 months and I am hoping to gain some seriously good results, bulk up a little and keep lean.
My diet is spot on, 4500 calories a day of clean food spread across 9 meals, all good protein sources and complex cars, some simple carbs preworkout shape, plenty of fruit and veg, all my essential fats and vitamins etc.
My training is pretty classic, mon - legs and upper abs, tues - chest tris and lower abs, wed - flat out cardio, thurs - back bi and obliques, fri - shoulders a little abs, calves and forearms , sat/sun a little cardio - sunday - one chea meal (yum yum). I train hard and I train heavy. Max bench 150 kg , max squat 240 kg, max deadift 160 kg, max miliatary press 90 kg. I am normally in the gym for around two and a bit hours a day, on weights days i do 40 minutes medium pace cardio after workout.
so I got stuck in turkey with the volcanic ash so didnt get to start on monday as i wanted to but started on wednesay so just squeeze my days in over the weekend.

Weighing 85 kg (188 lbs)
Joints ache a little as expected, some pins and needles in feet from time to time, feel pretty good in the gym, nothing major to report, restless a bit at night, quite a nice feeling of wellbeing, only jabbed four times but I feel a bit more dry if that makes sense, looking forward to getting into the cycle.

week 2
{WEEK 2}
weighig 85kg (188 bs)
Getting used to jabs, every morning at 7am sometimes earlier.
Pins and needles are crazy, sometimes its like I havent got hands, I work at an office and sometims I sit there and am like wtf i cant feel my hands, joints aching, stated to get a few headaches, just minor ones, these sides are easily tolerable though. do feel stronger Ihave more of a desire to up my weights. sleeping like a beaut, never eeling overtraine. so far so good. feel drier, can notice a little fat loss around my abs, maybe my mind playing tricks. cnfeel that this will give me good gains though. If you dont mind i'll ask a question..
Why are you overtraining your abs, are you trying to destory them?? You only train legs once a week which are a huge muscle compared to abs..

{week 4}
Well its been a month now, all the sides are still here, only new one is that my hands feel really tight, really tight, its not hard to clench a fist but it feels much more difficult than normal, l;ike im out in the cold. I am definitely noticing the breakdown of fat around my lower abs where im pinning it. Again, no major changes however I wasnt expecting them.
I feel stronger, all my weights are going up as I feel more like pushing myself.
Nothjing major to report though, no weight increase or weight loss.

{week 5}
Five weeks in, training feels great, nothing phases me, feel stronger, not massively but with what was a struggle before is now a walk in the park.
Skin is clear, I suffer bad acne on face and it has cleared up great, still have a few minor break outs but nothing major.
fat is melting away slowly from the midsection.
still waking up each mornign feeling fresh. Its a good feeling.

No dramatic changes,
my chest feels fuller, still suffering the usual sides, legs seem to be getting worse, not too bad though but as im sat down all day i more frequently feel the urge to move and get the blood pumping.
arms feel soo ripped. so do shoulders.
still feeling weel rested.
its all good, my mum said the other day 'son, your really filling out' yet there is no real weight changes ? maybe I look fuller ? It's hard to call. I feel fuller and do look bigger but weight is the same ?

I'm in the same situation started at 4 iu I'm in week 5
Start having stiff knees ...
If you feel the side effects are manageable go ahead icrease the dosage?
What you expecting from 8 iu?

well, im not looking to gain mass so increasing i think is not wise, just started pinning my one rip so should see size increse and conditioning from that, think i'll stay at 4.......
you seeing any results yet Big ?
sides get more bearable, i get in worse in my feet, sometimes i foget there there, f****d up s**t

Definitely seeing some fat lost at injection area, my abdominals.
A slight increase in appetite.
Excellent sleep quality.
Peaceful mood … I don’t feel agitated when I’m stressed out. I feel always calm …
My weight hasn’t changed?!? No change in my strength either?!? I’m in week 6 now and 4 iu…

I can report the same results,
its good, i feel much more motivated to tarin as well.
Ive heard a lot of reports that the real results are not apparent until 3/4 months in so im holding out firm, just started on aas so im expecting some reall changes in the coming weeks.
no weigh change here either, i feel a lot stronger though, close grip bench has gone from 80 to 130, part of me feels like i was holding back previously a little though, just increase confidence in the gym is the main report thus far.

{week 7} 85kg
had a barbeque, had like thirty people over and they were all saying that I look in real good shape, my abs are showing, not really cut but there there, havent so well this weekedn because of bbq but im still feeling good, went on the lash sunday night, woke up on mionday feeling fresh and still trained, thats a first.
still feeling full, weight is the same, strength has slightly increased, nothing dramatic though.
With this compound patience is somethig that ytou need to have in abundance, it is good though, still feeling the sides, knees dont ache but sometimes feel like im walking on air as my feet are numb.
sleep quality is still great, used to wake up hunbgry and eat but rarely do now.

week 8 (86kg)
back in the game, still looking lean, sleep is not great anymore as started on the test blend (onerip 250) and t4 and t3. in one week weight went up a kilo, thinking it is water from the test although it is supposed to not have water retention as a side apparently.
strength has gone crazy, throwing big weights around with ease, good form, feel great in the gym, bar a couple guys im in the best shape there.
my brother has recommended i use zma to help sleep, also someone else metioned it is better to sink the t3 and t4 before bed as opposed to first thing in the morning.
feeling a little water retention though, definitely, around the chest. hoping it will go.

{week 9}
not the best week, spent four days in amsterdam going up in smoke and eating shit, shit shit, body needed it though, weight has gone up to 89kg.
So strong though, incline pressing 50kg dumbells for fifteen reps with ease, all lifts are up, looking a lot bigger, test must be kicking in hard.
want to step up to 8 ius for just a month, does amyone know if this will effect gains, will it allow me to stack on more muscle? reason i ask is because my carbs are low as im looking to burn fat......sounds like a stupid question but im putting weight on, although probably water so thinking could an 8iu month bump give some good results or should i stick out at 4iu?
anyway, feeling wedge, looking pretty ripped,
while im here, any tips on getting a massive chest as this is my weakest, well not weakest but most out of shape, the lower part flags a little, i have been advised not to do decline and stick to flat and build it u that way, but from where i used to be really overweight i have stubborn fat at my lower chest which f**ks with the shape.
anyway, all good, stronger, weights good, in good shape.
