question on introducing hgh and igf r3 into my cycle for the first time

Hi I am new to the board and I have been researching hgh and igf for some time now. I have decided to introduce these peptides into my upcoming cycle and I would like any input as far as using them with my next cycle. I generally want a lean mass building cycle so I am going to try hgh and igf for the first time. I am 32 years old and have been using aas for about 10 years with great gains. I went from 150lbs to 250lbs with my bf usually around 12- 15%. I have been off aas for 1.5 years and I took a break from the gym because of a new demanding job and I also got married. Now after those excuses my stats are: 6ft 5 in.,248lbs, 24% bf, 59.7lbs fat weight, 188.3 lean weight. I have re-introduced myself to the gym for about 4 months now with a full body workout 3 days/week and I ready to concentrate on my upcoming aas cycle and I want to use hgh and igf primarily for fat loss. This is my upcoming cycle:

    WEEK 1-12 WEEK 1-12 WEEK 1-4 WEEK 9-12
    Test E 500mg EQ 400mg DBol 25mg/day Anavar 50mg/day

    WEEK 1-12
Arimidex .5mg/day if necessary for symptoms of nipple sensitivity

If anyone could explain how to incorporate ghg and igf for me to get the best synergistic effect please let me know.

    Thanks, 50cal.

I was thinking about doing 2iu hgh 6 on 1 off for 2 weeks then bumping it up to 3 iu for 2 weeks then up to 4iu everyday at the start of my cycle. As for the igf I will inject into the most recently muscle worked out 30mcgs split bi lateraly every 3 days. If I do not notice results from that dosage I will bump it up to 40 or 50mcgs. But when should I start the igf? Before, during, after the cycle. I have read that it is useful during pct.

If I were you I would not use anything at this stage. At 24% BF whatever compounds you use whether it's HGH, IGF or AAS, it will all be covered by that 24% of BF. In other words, you will gain but it certainly won't be noticed much from a human eye point of view.

Having said this, as I said I would not use anything for now. I would try and drop as much BF as you possibly can naturally. Once you start struggling to gain then you could use something to give your gains a boost.

Also, I would forget about trying to gain muscle and lose BF at the same time. Unless you have super-dooper genetics you are looking at a mission impossible just about. The key here is to do things one step at a time.

If I were you, this is what I would do...

Once you have lost a good amount of BF naturally, continue shedding fat but try something such as clenbuterol and see where that gets you. Clen is cheap and effective. Once you have further gained but believe you need something more to give you more of a boost then you may perhaps start using HGH. 2 - 5IU p/day in most cases is enough for fat loss. Once you have done that and hopefully achieved a lean enough look, you could introduce AAS to your cycle and begin building that muscle mass you want to achieve. These are the steps I have always taken and it has always worked well for me. But for now, I would forget about HGH and AAS, that's just my opinion. Perhaps someone else will reply to this thread with a better plan under their sleeve.

    Best of luck to you.

I forgot about the IGF, but personally I would not bother with it unless it's IGF-1, not the LR3 version. But even IGF-1 in my opinion is not necessary since you are already using HGH.

Just remember, take things one step at a time.

There's a lot of wisdom in getting your bf down to 15% or less before you cycle. 1) You'll understand proper eating and therefore you can keep your gains longer after the cycle, 2) lower bf also lowers your chances AAS induced sides like gynomastia, 3) the exercise process in losing bf will increase connecting tissue strength. You'll get super strong while on AAS a lot of people hurt their connecting tissues because their muscles get stronger then what the connecting tissues can handle. 4) If you can wait until your bf gets down below 15% you'll develop a mental maturity (hopefully) that will give you respect for these powerful compounds you're dealing with. AAS is the real deal and if you don't respect it and learn about it before you use it, it could bite you on the rear. Good luck bro.
