    GH users, whats your preferred dosing regime?

    So when do you guys do your injecting. Ive read so many different protocols for using GH. Im not looking to use it for tons of added muscle mass so I dont require the morning and post workout routine. What Im looking for are the benefits of regular GH use like better sleep, lean gains, better skin etc... just the natural good stuff that comes with GH use.

    Ive read about the rhythmic use of it to mimic natural release, day on day off... some say to run it 3 on, 1 off.... 5 on 2 off and some do it 7 days a week.

    Im not really concerned about the price, just the most efficient way to run it. I will start with the regular 2IU/day and work up to the 4-5/day.

    Any info would be much appreciated guys.

    For fat burning I like 2-4 iu daily for extended periods.

    I take 5iu in the morning all in one subq shot. 5on2off.

    Works fine for me

    I take 5 on 2 off 2 iu in the morning 2 iu before bed

    ive done 1iu/day in the morning & saw good fat loss around stomach & better facial complexion, that was all i could afford, so i gave it a trial & error shot & it helped. but in a nut shell it wasn't a whole lot to notice anything tremendous, but 2-5iu's all in 1 shot in the morning before a meal first thing is the way to go for what u need to accomplish.     I would still do 2iu's in the AM and 2iu's PWO......

    Doing it PWO has other benefits. Your cortisol levels are high after working out..... taking it PWO makes sense for that reason alone.

    I presume if you were running it at 8ius ed then you'd do them at the same time but 4ius x2???

    All depends on your goal. I like 5iu in the AM on the empty stomach before cardio or 3iu before bed and 3iu am for fat loss. 10iu PWO with slin for mass. Other than that ED as much as you can afford for as long as you can.

    Please explain the benefits of post workout. I always heard you shouldn't take in carbs with your hgh. Most of us have a carb drink or whole meal with carbs after a workout. I've been splitting up my shots for a little bit now but the second one is always without carbs. Is there really a difference or what?

    only reason ive found for people to run 5on 2off. is to make their GH last longer. if you can afford it, just run it 7 days a week.


    personally i run 5iu/day. all in the morning.

    I take 5iu 7 days a week split into 2 injections first between 3-5 am and at 2-3 pm.

    Hey HAZ??? I also wanted to understand the PWO choice... I just dont get it because you are not supposed to eat carbs at least 1 hr before and another hr after GH been taken.... Do u inject immediatly after workout and wait 1 hr for a post workout shake? Not criticizing your choice, just trying to understand it so I can get some more knowledge on HGH.
