I have been reading that people use 2IU for fat loss, and 4IU for fat loss and to get stronger/bigger muscles. However, I am taking hgh when I first wake up in the morning on an empty stomach then go ahead and eat a bowl of oatmeal, eggs, grapefruit juice, and vitamins. Should I do all 4IU at once, or split them up? What are the benefits either way, and should I eat right after I inject?
