    Total Beginner: Needing help!

Hey guys so Ive been reading some topics on here..I decided to become a member and post my own. I would really like some advice, im a total beginner and have not taken any roids or GH's. I use to weigh 125lbs, and now I weigh 150lbs of muscle mass and a bit of fat(more on the tummy). I really would like to take IGF-1, so my question is, Edited I am wondering if it is the best thing for me to take?

I am 20 years old, taking a weight gainer called Mutant Mass(1060cals, 52gprotein, 187g carbs)...I goto the gym everyday. I have done my research on IGF-1 but I'd like some feedback on if it is a great product to take for gaining mass? My ideal weight I would want to be at is 180-190lbs of muscle mass, not getting cut.

You're 20, 5'7", 150lbs, with fat around the midsection? You should be 15% body fat or below to start AAS. There is potential for too many sides if your fat content to too high. As for IGF-1, I'm assuming you're talking about IGF-lr1, there seems to be two opinions. One side says it works great, the other says don't waste your money. I've done a IGF cycle with HGH. I can't tell if it was the HGH or the iGF that gave me the gain. I'd say you should get a good diet going and keep getting leaner for now.

Well, my diet is pretty good, and yeah alot of pounds i get is 1/3rd in the tummy. I am getting bigger and leaner, I just think that if i took IGF-1Lr3 can benefit me into gains that can come quicker and more Effective. It would take a bout a year more to get to 185-190lbs, not to mention some of that will be fat on the tummy more than it is right now which i really dont want :P.. As for my diet, heres my nutritional intake so far:

my whole nutritional intake for one day(estimation):
    3400-3600 calories, 400-425g Carbs, 150g-160g of protein.

Plus on the other hand, I really wanna see my strength increase, I feel like my strength is just not as much to its full potential for me to lift heavier and heavier weights.

personally I don't think anyone should use it regardless of stats, and I think your diet is the root of your problem.

Why do you think my diet is the problem? What do I lack?

hard to say what your diet lacks when I don't know exactly what it is, but if you're 5'7" and 150lbs with fat around your tummy at 20 years old then your diet is clearly sub-par for your goals. I recommend heading to the diet forum and listing your entire diet in detail and letting the gurus tweak it.

I don't think it would do anything but shrink your bank account, but I'm open to other opinions. I think some people confuse IGF with IGF1-LR3, there was a time I made the same mistake. Here is a bit of info you may or may not find useful:
    PINNACLE..im calling you out...opps

I would say, save your money for now. You can always use it later. One thing I've seen in new users is that they're so eager to look like Big that they forget to be safe. Your main goal right now should be to work on a great diet, supplement, and train. Go get your body fat tested. When you get down below 15%, your muscles and more importantly, your connecting tissues (tendons & ligaments), get stronger it will be safer to cycle. I don't think IGF alone will put bulk on you.
