    Help me guys i need it!!!

    first of all
    im 23 years old, 6.2 ft, 250 lbs
    started gym last week. running 40 minutes a day losing about 500 calories a run (thats what the machine says). taking 2 capsules of hydroxycut and 2 capsules of lipo 6 before and after gym

    now heres the deal...i just bought 100 ui of yellow top hgh (things should work now)

    on a diet as well, eating healthy!

    my friends told me i should take 2 ui a day, 5 on/2 off a week...and take t3 as well...

    is that right? how many t3 capsules a day? take days off too?

    help me guys! afteral should i keep taking the hydroxycut+lipo+hgh+t3?

    You have been in the gym for one week and already bought hgh and want to stack it with t3........unbelieveable!

    I hate to burst your bubble my friend, but 100 iu isn't going to do anything for you. You wasted your money.

    If this is your first month working out, your going to lose weight pretty fast with exercise alone.

    The best thing for you right now is to work on your diet, supplements, and train hard. There is a lot of natural potential in you right now. Until you've tapped limit of your natural potential you should save your money and keep reading on this forum. There are a lot of people on here with a lot of experience. By the time you're ready to cycle something you'll be well informed, fit, lean, and ready.

    I am sorry but..... You must be kidding, people think juice is a magic potion that does miracles, especially when it comes to HGH, guys think all they have to do is shoot up 100iu and the fat melts of....WRONG! Do yourself a favor and follow Scotch's advice.

    You may want to get your training and diet sorted before buying into anything at all!!

    1 week in the gym isn't even long enough to start looking at/worrying about things like supplements.

    Try doing some HIIT for a few months. This combined with a good weights routine and diet will get you good results without having to worry about wasting your money.
