    Feed Back Plz.

Starting 4th week GH and I've ramped up from first two weeks 2 iu's perday to third week 2.5 iu's perday to 3 iu's perday starting today.

First two weeks great feeling and energy, strength and endurance improved.

Third week moved up to 2.5 iu's using one shot at 7 am. Around 3pm felt tired. all week. Still good stuff during workout and inprovements made.

Starting Fourth week 2 iu shot 7:am and 1 iu shot at 3 pm feels great workout in morning and after 3 pm. Felt good not tired.

    1. Was I feeling Tired that third week cause IGF levels are increasing and need more GH?

    2. Today I popped 2.5 mg of Alprazolam before my second trip to the gym. During cardio I notice my heartrate which usually reaches 140 stayed around the 99-100 mark even though I increased my speed by 25% also distance increased around 25%. Heartrate stayed around 100 when it normally gets hangs out at 140 with less speed. What's some info on taking the Xanax before my cardio or normal workout?

    Thanks for any thoughts...

The tiredness is normal for some people. I've been on 5iu/ed for over a year and a half and never felt tired. I've have friends who's been on the same time as me and they were tired in the first few weeks. Give it some time, you should be ok.

As for the Alprazola and Xanax I've never taken them but I'm curious to see the responses.

This sub-forum can be slow at times. You gave it all of 2 and a half hours before you started complaining about not getting any responses. THAT is a great way to not get any responses.

Feeling tired happens, you will get used to it. I used to feel tired all day long when I first got to 3 iu. It will get better.

The tiredness is common, this feeling sometimes changes throughout cycle. It's still early in the cycle to start experiencing real effects but do keep us updated.

    Good luck!

    Just out of curiosity...

What are you taking xanax for before you work out? 2.5 mg of xanax would have knocked me on my ass if i did that.
