Hey guys. Been reading around here and finally glad to post. I am a 26 year old male 5'11" about 22% BF at 225 lbs. Over the past 2 years I have dieted super hard and got to where I am now with a ways to go still.
I was talking with a guy I met at the gym and he mentioned maybe going on 4iu's a day of HGH. He said this could help boost my metabolism and help me cut without losing the muscle I have put on. I have come here to ask for advice.
I know HGH is super expensive. Do you think this could help me cut down to maybe 12-15% bf? Or should I try losing a bit before I try HGH?
