    HGH everyday or every other day?

    I've taken 2 months of HGH Ramping up to 5iu's perday.

    I finally got there and i was reading that best results for muscle growth comes with 2 shots every other day.

    What should I do? Take my shots 2 x 2.5 iu's every other day or keep doing 5 iu's everyday?

    I am running some test with it right now and will soon start the cycle of...
