I need to take some preloaded pins (hgh) with me over the weekend for travel. (by car) They wont be in the fridge but they will be at room temp. It will be 2 days max without being in the fredge. Do you think the hgh will "go bad" by then.

Its friday... im allowed a dumb question a week. lol

48 hours should be fine. It would be wise to pack a mini-cooler and set them in there for the car ride.

I just put mine in a hard eye glasses case. Room temp, 2 days, it's fine.
