HGH's fragility is overstated in my opinion. Yes, I wouldn't recommend shaking it when you reconstitute, but dropping it or whatever isn't going to magically seperate the peptide bonds. I read a study where they actually vigorously stirred reconstituted HGH for 60 seconds and it reduced the efficacy by about 50%.

I'm not saying to go crazy with your HGH, but dropping it won't make it worthless.

So OP should throw it away?? Very expensive! I'd offer my 2 cents and say as long as it didn't get contaminated (which it sounds like it didn't), then it should be used.

I would still use it, it wouldn't be contaminated or anything like that, but GH is too expensive so I handle it gently
