Hey everyone. I had a log going of my aas and hgh cycle up until about a month ago. I was doing freaking awesome. clean diet, great workouts and great cardio. But then my mother passed away and of course that realllllly messed me up mentally. I cut my cycle short by about two weeks and I had to focus on her.
My pct is doing good and I feel great. I have to say that for the last month since her passing I ate TERRIBLLLLYYY. but it was comfort food and although it killed all my hard cardio work it helped me mentally not lose it because of the loss of my mother.
So I am continuing my hgh cycle. I was taking 5iu every day and I love it. I was considering bumping it up to 8iu ed 5/2. That is 40 iu weekly. But then I started to think.
Some people like to do a big dose after a workout. Others like to do a dose before cardio on an empty stomach {which i do and its worked well}. So I decided why not just do both.
So here is my plan. Following a loose DC workout routine I will workout monday, cardio tuesday, workout wed, cardio thurs, workout fri. sat sun off.
After each workoutday, one shot of 10iu after workout
before each cardio, one shot of 5iu on an empty stomach {sometimes i drink a light whey shake just for a bit of energy for the cardio}
this still adds up to 40iu weekly. i am excited to see how i feel, how the sides treat me, and what my results are. if it doesnt agree with me i will do an 8iu ed 5/2 routine. 2 shots of 4iu.
my thoughts so far on hgh and aas and hgh while on aas.
hgh makes me feel good. sleep well and in general works good. ive been on it for seven months now at 5iu each day 5/2. i saw some ok results on the hgh alone but it was simply too soon into the cycle to really allow it to work. about three months ago i started a var test cycle on top of the hgh and the results were GREAT. aas with hgh cuts fat and puts on mass veryyyyy easily. im going to say about 3 times as easy as hgh alone. so if you are reading this and on the fence about hgh or aas i hope this log will somehow help.

Day One
Did a nice workout, felt great to be back in the gym after a month off and i am back to eating well. luckily for me my strength loss was only about 5% since me stopping my cycle a month ago. not bad for not touching a weight in that time.
Pinned 10iu of hgh after my workout and so far no real sides , and i really didnt expect any yet.
I will get my current weight tomorrow in the am before cardio.
