What to use for tendon and ligament strengthening?

Does HGH strengthen tendons and ligaments? What about one or more of the peptides? I am particularly interested in strengthening the tendons and ligaments from my elbows down to my fingers. I do some pretty good wrist curls extending my fingers so the dumb bells roll all the way to my finger tips before I resume each curl and work the outer forearms by doing wrist curls in the opposite direction. I also streach the hell out of my fingers, hands, wrists and thumbs forwards and backwards. Additionally I use finger specific hand grips and do push ups on my finger tips.

I am looking for something more to get maximum strength. I remember reading some conflicting reports of IGF being worthless, being good for only glucose disposal, effective for muscle hyperplasia site specific and also reading that that was completely false. And also reading that it was effective to some degree for muscle hyperplasia, but not site specific.

I'm interested in any chemical to add to my workout regimen that will strengthen the ligaments and tendons, either site specific (if possible) or in general. AAS, peptides, supplements, research chems, anything. Is there anything that hits the ligaments and tendons to increase strength to enhance my workouts? If so please share this info with me. Thanks.

I'm 7 weeks into a stinger on left forearm (ligament problem), so I'll be checking back on this thread to see what You come up with. I suspect HGH would help, but I've never taken, and therefore I have no direct knowledge.
