PWO Slin question....

Doing some research on slin. Was wondering if sucrose(table sugar) would be fine to take PWO when taking slin? I keep reading everywhere that you should take dextrose. Well sucrose is part glucose and part fructose so wouldn't it be fine????

Yes surar will be fine. But you can buy Glucose in a shop. Will be proper thing to use.

I know been doing alot of research on this stuff, just want to cover all my bases on anything im not sure of. Any input on the sucrose being usable instead?

I’m on 40iu PWO
I take 1 serve of Waxy Maize mixed with Gatorade right after injection
A tablespoon of honey 1 hr after injection
I take a meal that has brown rice and a protein (chicken, mince meat, ..) 3 hours after injection
This is a protocol that works for me, does not mean it would work for you
I started at 10iu and raised it up to 40iu. I found out that I’m very resilient to insulin sides. I hardly feel any Hypo.
