I know this has been beat to death, but I wanted to know what my best route is.

I am 6'3 250 lbs 37yo
Workout 3 days a week (weights)
Play hockey 1 night a week (My only cardio)

I have done probably 5 AAS cycels in my life usually just SUS250 at about 500mg a week.

Well after my last one, I have low test problems. I did PCT, and I am slowly getting better, but I do not want to mess with AAS anymore. My BF is definitely high cause I eat horribly!

I know I can get real IGF1 in subcutaneous injection form (I thought it was always intramuscular, but have friends using it with great results).

I also can get HGH, a little more shady, but is a reliable source.

Which is best for me to burn some fat, and maybe keep some or even gain a little lean muscle?

Can I start with IGF1 to get a head start? Do I use just the HGH long term?
