Excuse my n00bness on the subject but wanted to confirm some things
I am debating between a 5/2 and a 6/1 scenario. What I wanted to confirm was which was 'better' 5/2 at 5 at day (25iu total for the week) or 6/1 at 4 a day (24iu total). Obvious math says that the 5/2 has more for the week but im wondering if having less 'downtime' is better? Or... does it not really matter?
Second question is assuming I do 5/2 method. I generally work out 5 days a week but not 5 consecutive days. IE I take off Mondays and Weds. I was planning to skip those days for the week on the 5/2. What my n00b question is, was the 5/2 meaning consecutive or could I basically do 4on, 1off, 1on, 1off, repeat
