Now that i am on 4ius of hgh I have been spliting the dose up, 2 in am and 2 in pm. What is the best time for the evening dose? I eat at 6pm and again at 9pm.
Does hgh block insuline release? I read this somewhere.

It's probably best not to inject HGH 1 to 4 hours before bedtime simply because it may cause some inhibition of the natural HGH release during sleep.
