Split Insulin Dose Question...

I have used insulin many times mainly PWO but im about to start a mass cycle and i want to use it in split injections. Someone told me before breakfast and PWO.

I can easily take it before breakfast but curious on the protocal. I have fast acting insulin and am i suppose to take it then drink a Dextrose shake and then breakfast? or is there a different way

What type of slin do you have?

When I did it that way, I used Humalin-R.

I took my shot of slin immediately upon waking with a shake consisting of Waxy Maize, creatine, BCAA's, and then 30min later had my first meal.

I also found taking Humalin-R PRE work out to be most effective (and of course sipping on waxy maize during training).

My slin i have is Novorapid i think its called.. Fast acting and its all i could get down here...

Just another curious question Did you take your insulin every day in the mornings or basically on days you train? i am very advanced when it comes to bodybuilding im just relatively new to slin. ive used it 4 times (PCT & ON CYCLE)

im planning to use it in my mass cycle

I use Humalin-R post workout but have been very interested in taking it pre workout as well. I sip on a carb drink during and post workout with my slin but how many iu's would you take pre workout, 10?

Start lower than that, and work your way up until you are comfortable with 10ius.

Don't just jump into that dose right away.

If you take 10 iu's post workout how many carbs do you sip on during workout and what is post workout nutrition like?
