Cycling IGF-1 LR3

Coming up on the end of my IGF-1 Lr3. been 40 days. How long before I can get back on and do I need to PCT.
Stats=27yrs
200lbs
13-14%BF
First cycle of IGF and currently on Test E 500mg per wk and EQ 250mg per wk.

I ran 50mcg a days and one or two days within that cycle I took 75mcg PWO each time or upon waking if not working out. You must cycle off because injecting IGF synthetically bypasses the precurser (HGH) which in turn your natural IGF production will be not as it should when on cycle. HGH stimulates IGF production or something to that effect. ONe of the Vets will chime in and fill you with some knowledge. Take at least 20 days off.

GH causes the liver to secrete IGF or GH hits the liver and "turns" into IGF?

So by staying on Igf will lead to a "shutdown" of this above stmnt?
