I know HGH gives you permanent gains but where muscular or skeletal "pretty sure both". I know it makes hands feet four head and organs bigger. but what about bone length like arms legs hips back.

I'm not sure but I think once you growth plates are sealed (usualy in your yearly 20s) you can't grow the bones any more.
