Kits came in alittle white box with yellowcaps on valve and my wife and i are in our 2nd wk of taking it.myself 2times daily 3iu in morning 3iu in evening.wife 2iu twice daily.Im having more frequent headaches and joint pains here lately and my wife has gained a few lbs and eats very strict.can you experts please give us some feedback to this with some pointers.Thanks alot.
You are starting too high and so is your wife. She should start with .5-1 iu once daily, early am, at least 1 hour before any carbs and you 2-3 iu, same thing in am. Work your way up to 3 iu's twice per day slowly and sides will be minimal. You can ask around but 2 iu's for your wife may be all she will need. Good luck!

I started on 2ius per day and gained some fat at first too, man I was pissed! The trend reversed and now I'm leaner than when I started!

I too think thats way too high. Ive been doing 2 IU's of Serostim since mid April and have been pretty lazy with diet and workouts and am walking around at 9-10% bf. Started at about 13-14. Probably the best stuff ive ever taken!
