cause i've read a bunch of posts but all say different amounts of the water so i wanted to know if anyone can tell me the exact about of bacteriostatic water i should use for both, and exactly where i should inject it for best results, like i read for igf you should do it in the muscle where you've been working out, but where in the muscle(is there sweet spot?) and also when you working on your abs where do you precisely inject? im sorry if this sounds noobish i just want to know exactly what im doing before i do it, thanks in advance guys.
