I understand you're looking for mass so I'll word this accordingly.
I will use my personal experience as reference.
When I run gh with igf during bulking it is as follows
peptides ghrp-2+ modgrf1-29+ 10 min 3 iu GH+ 40 g protein 0 carbs + 30 min + 20 mcg lr3-Igf x3
That means peps,gh, igf 3 times a day.
total 300 mcg peps, 9 iu gh , 60 mcg lr3Igf ED.
I choose to "micro-dose" my lr3Igf as to avoid saturation , going hypo, + shutting down natural mgf production and utilization.
You did not ask about T3 but I choose to use 50 mcg split into 2 equal doses ED. Using T3 will help to increase nutrient partitioning as you will be eating ravenouslly , correct?
The peptides will also increase appetite and utilization of overall calories plus creating a "synergy" with the gh.
