i am taking 2iu in the am and 2ius before bed every other day is that ok or should i raise it????

Unless you're over 50 you'd be better off taking 2iu every morning and skip the before bed dose. After a while you could up you dose with a second shot in the early afternoon.

You can take up to 3iu or so in one shot in the am. When you work your way up to 4iu/ed or more. Split your dose once in the am and once in the pm.
