    Spinal problems and healing

    Spinal problems and healing

I have had back issues for the last 10 years (I'm 31 now)
    MRI shows a degenerative disc.
I been weight training for the last 10 years and as I get older when I do get pain it takes longer to heal.

Anyway, does anyone know if test or more so ~HGH~ has the healing properties for
    disc issues?

I know that HGH moisture the collagen in the joints. I've also tried Deca/EQ/Anavar in small doses 150mg/100mg per week and it also seems to help my joints. If you have a genetic condition where your discs are degenerating I don't know if AAS or HGH can reverse that condition. I can tell you that it definitely won't hurt it.

I have the same issue. I'm good maybe 10-11 months out of the year, but when it acts up it's ugly. I usually wrap an 8hr heating pad around me & take tylenol or advil every 2hrs, & it goes away in 1-3days max, but that's just me, each case may be different. If you go to the Wrestling/MMA forum, look at the "If you could only train 1 art" thread & last page another guy was giving me advice on it. He said "Prolotherapy" I think, worked wonders for him & left a link to a supposedly world renowned DR. I may try it, idk yet, haven't finished the research.
Good luck, I feel ya pain
