Hi guys,

Ive been experimenting with insulin for a while, and just want to find out the best way to take it.

Should you take the insulin and then immediately eat, or should you wait a while so your sugar can drop then eat?

For example i did by sugar, it was 5.2.Done 10u of novorapid.

Waited 30min, sugar was 5.2.

Did it 45 later, sugar 3.7.

Then i ate a good meal and sugar went back up to 5.2.

Hope you guys understand what im saying.Should i wait till by suagr drops then take slin, or should i just eat straight after the injection?
