    Smile Injury Recovery/Prevention Cycle Please Help

    3 months ago I suffered a injury to my Shoulder. A strain or small tear to my Bicep tendon and possible injury to my Labrum (haven't got an MRI yet). I have been going to Physio for 2 months now and It is much improved but I still Have problems with it, pain, clicking, popping ect. I am going to do a 12 week firefighting program in a about 8 weeks and after that possibly doing some wildland firefighting. Now to the point, in order to help strengthen my shoulder to help repair it and prevent further injury during this time of intense physical activity and as well to gain a LBM I am considering the following cycle.

    HGH 5ui 5on2off for 12 weeks
    EQ 500mg/week 12 weeks
    Test E 250mg/week 12 weeks

    Now keep in mind I won't be working for 12 weeks so I am on a vert tight budget hense the short duration of GH. And the low do of test is just how I like it. Do you think this will be beneficial to my goals?

    27 years old
    5'9"
    190lbs
    10-11% BF
    7 years training experience

    HGH is usually recommended for at least 6 months....and.. also at least age 30...but since you are so close and has to do with your shoulder, then wait to see what others say....

    Bump Any opinions on short 3 Month HGH cycle for recovery purposes is it worth it?? If I can come up with the funds during cycle I will definitly extend it

    Yes thankyou, this being my first run with GH I am very open to Advice on Dosing. I have be researching different methods and doses. What would be the lowest most cost efficient but still effective amount I could take??

    First of all you are 27 ....but with your shoulder and an extremely physical job, I am continuing this ...however other members might think something else could be better for you now...even the possibility of not recommending HGH at all

    Dosing: start very low. This prevents sides like horrible fatigue, carpel tunnel, headaches or bloat. Sides keep you away from the gym too and usually when you have sides then your next thread will be asking.."what do I do?" and then everyone will tell you to lower your dose.

    So...a good place to start is about 1.5 to 2 units a day...depending on script or not. Usually a script is less of a dose but not always the case....you never know.

    2 units for awhile...maybe even the first few weeks...then gradually ramp up .5 at a time. Very gradually. Or you will have to back track and start all over. Setting your "sweet spot" is all personal. Some people stay around 3,4,5 units a day.

    Please try to pin in the early AM as in: get up in the wee hours of the morning to pin and then go back to sleep for a couple of hours. This method also helps to blunt your cortisol which is desired. Separating the dose as in 2x's a day is fine but can be inconvenient for many. Either way, try to make sure to wait at least an hour on each side of injection...especially carbs. HGH and carbs do not really get along and this can mess with your glucose/insulin.

    I wouldn't worry about the HGH if you planning a 12 week HGH cycle. It'll help, a little. It takes quite a while for the HGH to start working on soft tissues. Deca, EQ, Anavar have shown in increase collagen production in joints. The catch is that it has to be take in small doses, about 150mg/wk. I went on a 12 week Deca/EQ/Test cycle for my joints. I helped me a lot. The doage was 150mg/100mg/150mg per week. I still got anabolic effects but the sides were very manageable. I'm prone to acne and I had one or to on my back but that was about it.

    ^^^ thanks Scotchguard...I had a feeling you would help with another way to approach this... (which is why I mentioned earlier that other members might think of something better)....hoping your magic concoction would appear!

    and you are welcome MeanMachine2000.....I would go with what Scotch said. He knows his stuff!
