Post Rotator Cuff Surgery gear.....Help please

Hey guys (and girls). I am 6 weeks removed from surgery of a full thickness tear of the rotator cuff (sub). I also have severe arthritis. Many years of baseball/softball. This is what I am currently taking while rehabing my shoulder.

Lean EFX (this gets my day going)
    Super complete Multi Vitamin
    Supper Cissus
    Glucosamine and Chondroitin
    Additional Vitamin C
    Milk Thistle
    Flax Oil

I take 300 mg of Test Cyp per week
I take 200 mg of Deca per week
2 IU HGH 6 days on 1 day off.

I have done many cycles over the years and consider myself to have above average knowledge of gear. Coming off of this surgery I want to make sure I am doing everything possible to help in my rehabilitation.

Any advice or opinions would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks...

From my own research this above is what I have been taking now for 4 weeks. I actually have been running the test for a long time (prescribed therapy). I added in the small amount of Deca and HGH with this. I just want to make sure I am not missing anything that could be helpful. I am very appreciative in advance to anybody who throws in their two cents. Thanks....

Your supplement/AAS looks good to me. Deca is great for joints. I would bump the HGH up to 3iu/day. I got a partial tear on my rotator and I'm on 5iu/ed of HGH. The deca's good for the joints in low dosage. 200mg/wk is perfect. The Test will even out your endogenous level of Testosterone and the supplements will help build soft tissue in the joints. The hard part is to let your shoulder heal. Be careful with it until you're 100%.

    Thank You

I appreciate the response. This is what I was looking for. Any more advice/opinions would be greatly appreciated.

Also one more follow question. Do you take 5IU 7 days a week? I am currently doing a 6/1 split.

    Thanks.....

I've been getting HA shots in my knees, and recently found there is an oral version available... dirt cheap, and Im getting ready to order. It is supposed to improve lubrication in all joints. At this point, there is minimal clinical evidence, it's mostly all anecdotal, same as MSM. here's a link if you are interested.... my doc said for me to definately give it a try. no need for a Rx, since the cost of the co-pay exceeds total cost if I purchase at the 100 gram level....

I am actually looking for that small group who has endured a rotator cuff injury and rehabed it. Since this is a common injury amoung lifters, body builders, etc. I was hoping to get the input of individual who have used gh and small amounts of gear wihin their rehab regime.

I've endured shoulder and knee injuries. I did several AAS cycles to see if they would help my joints. I've been on 5iu/ed of HGH for over 2 years. My first joint cycle was Anavar 60mg/ed + 200mg Test/wk. It should have helped my joints but the cycle was killing my knees. The members on the board questioned the quality of the Anavar. Maybe I bought anavar but got winstrol. The second cycle was deca (150mg/wk), EQ (100mg/wk), Test (150mg/wk). I got nice anabolic results but what's better is that my joints felt a lot better. After PCT I got back on glucosamine/chondroiten (sp?) and cissus. My joints feel good. You have a good AAS + HGH cycle going on. Stick with it for 12 weeks and get a good PCT. You'll feel better. Joints just takes time to heal no matter what you're on.
