it really gets old though when i ask a question and you have to contently worry about my age. i am not trying to be mean. i will be 27 in December if that makes you happier. lol
i mean kids take gh even if they have normal levels. so if i take a low amount and ramp safely i do not see a problem.
Huge doses with many side effects! http://www.nejm.org/doi/pdf/10.1056/NEJM199007053230101
Without seeing the specific study, I'd have to say that OLDER people who produce lower natural levels of HGH could benefit from additional HGH and could possibly lose BF and gain muscle, when compared with a control group that did not that HGH. A 1-2 iu dose for a person under 35 years old would do little, in my opinion.
I do 2 - 4iu and I am over 50. I do 2iu to maintain and 4iu when I cycle. I generally take HGH every day, although I miss a dose occasionally.
Jim, you've already been on HGH for a couple of years haven't you? You still getting good results? I agree with Jim, I think 1-2 iu for a person under 30 will do very little. I've been on 5iu/ed for a couple of years and trained pretty hard. I've never been able to lose 15% BF and gain 10% lean body mass. I blame it on my diet. I eat clean for a few months and lose body fat and look lean. Then life catches up to me and I indulge on birthday cakes, holiday yams, Thanksgiving dinners, Christmas candy, LOL. The HGH does keep me leaner than if I wasn't on it.
I started HGH at the same time I became a member on this site. I joined this site primarily because of the excellent and straightforward information provided on the home page and posted on this forum about AAS, HGH, supplements, etc. I've found the official information provided to be factual and straight to the point. The advise and recommendations by experienced members, from ScotchGuard (aka SG02), RedBaron and many others has improved my life and provided me with the knowledge I need to make the right decisions regarding my health issues.
HGH has been a component that I use to produce for me, a much better and healthier quality of life.
Here's a link that provided me with information regarding blood testing, with provides a way to measure the potential of effectiveness of the HGH I take: www.rajeun.net/cranton.html I have followed that information, along with what I've learned here to guide me in my use of HGH.
I hope I have provided help, as I have received much more than I could ever provide, through the use of this site. Thanks to all who have contributed and helped others learn and grow.
