    HGH Questions

    Hello,

    31
    6'3"
    240lbs

I have been doing some extensive research on HGH and think this may be a fit for me and my goals. I am a 31 yo male with a "beer belly" looking to shred some fat to get back to my lean college days and diet and exercise just don;t seem to be cutting it. I have a couple of questions regarding HRT and first time cycles.

    1. There seems to be a lot of online clinics willing to prescribe... Are any of these legit? They seem a little spendy... Am I just better off going to a local doctor and seeing if I can pursude?

I have a pretty kick ass insurace plan so thats why I am trying to stick to a clinic and scrip unless anyone else has any other suggestions?

    2. Shredding fat..

I am not looking for the total bodybuilder look, I guess I just want to cut the fat and see what I really have under there...

Just HGH? Or a combo of HGH and Test?

Thanks in advance for your opinions!!

Welcome! You came to the right place to learn.
HGH is a long term thing. Many suggest to take it for at least 6 months to start seeing major results.
As far as losing the beer belly? Well....I suppose you know already what that suggestion will be!
Please hang around here a bit and read the threads and especially read the RED INFORMATION educational threads at the top of the Forums called Sub Forum. A great thread for HGH is by RedBaron. Check his out.

Also you might want to go over the Diet Question forum and read some threads there.

As far as docs. If you can persuade your doc to give you a script, fantastic. Whether HGH or test. or both.

    Glad you are here!

PS: keep in mind HGH can bloat you up. So if you want to get rid of your beer belly then here is another idea:

Below is a link to the first ever challenge. Read thru the thread and then all you have to do is sign up. I bet you would be a great candidate for the before/after photos! Once you sign up, you will be assigned a trainer by a moderator when the time comes. I hope to see your name on the list!

Yeah I had bad habbits back in my college days but busted my a55 in the gym everyday. Once college was over I continued on but not in the gym... Then came the wife.... then the kid... Talk about a metabolism killer!! HAHA

I have since cut off the drinking for the most part... and just tried to maintain or lose a little but I travel for work and makes it tough to balance a diet and find gyms everywhere I go.

I am in Maui, HI now and here for another 5 months so I just want to fit in with all these hot bods out here and start feeling better about myself!!

It takes a while for the HGH to make any significant changes to your body. You'll see noticeable results in about 8 weeks if you're eating right. If you do cardio + eat right + HGH your results will be faster. Yes, HGH helps reduce fat but it's not magic. I'm on 5iu/ed and been eating like a hound during the holidays. Gained belly fat. I'm letting myself enjoy this festive season with family. I'll get serious with my diet in January. There's no substitute for diet and cardio.

youre saying you gain fat on hgh? i dont know i just finished triple burger combo with fries and grilled chicken and then i went and got a donut and i cant gain bodyfat, the gh does not let me gain bodyfat, almost 20pds in 30 something days on 5-6 iu with various AAS, some water weight in the right places, looking much bigger than starting point, good big AKA leaner big since no gain in BF and increase in size which means LEANER and LARGER, and my diet is not clean, i eat out 3 times a day and lots of protien from eggwhites and good powders, zero cardio

didnt have to wait 2 months, its already here within 30 days, i felt it and seen it within 14 days, it gets better by btw, i do know though that in 30-60-90 days from now the freak factor comes into play, the head starts looking very small on the body lol, right now it already does but still not the tight quality volume my physiqe will have in 3 more months, close though lol

HGH is M A G I C, there is no BB without gh

That's awesome mighty1. HGH is great for that isn't it? I should have mentioned that I'm 50 so my body metabolism is not quite as fast as someone in their 30's. Lifestyle also has a lot to do with gaining results. If a person with a potch wants to get a six pack it won't happen in 30 days. Not because the HGH isn't working but because the lifestyle which caused the potch probably won't be changed in 30 days. You sound like an active athlete. You'd probably get good results from any compound you take.
