    hgh 2nd shot timimg

    hi guys ive read on here tht its not good to take ur 2nd shot too close b4 u wrkout so just wondering how long should u wait b4 training thn or whn would best time for 2nd shot thn .i dnt waana do it too close to bed time though so afternoon would b best . i train 2-3 or 3-4 pm ty

    Post workout in the early afternoon when your cortisol level is high is a good time for a 2nd shot since you want to blunt cortisol...how much are you on now? it might not even be necessary at this point

    I take 5iu/ed in a single shot. Probably not the most effective way to do it but my work schedule precludes a convenient time for a second shot. I've been doing it for about 9 months and still getting good results.
