I typically dilute 1mg of igf-lr3 with 2ml of .6% acetic acid. Igf-lr3 needs to be reconstituted in acetic acid to create the proper ph. It will not last long enough to use it in bacteriostatic water or sodium chloride. Those are used for other peptides. If you don't have aa google how to make it with distilled white vinegar or continue to search "research peptides" and look at "solvents". I have used the method multiple times. Now as far as dose. 1mg igf and 2ml/cc .6% aa. On a 100u slin pin each tick or line will equal 10mcg, and at the 10 mark you have 50mcg. 1cc = 500mcg. This has been the method I use and it's easy to measure. After reconstituting and measuring correctly, you should be all set to use it. Just make sure you are using insulin syringes. You can also use the sodium chloride solution to reduce the burn caused by aa. I do not do this, but a lot of peploe do. Simply load the amount of igf you plan to use, then draw out as much sodium chloride as you want. I don't think the burn is that bad and it only last a second. Another method is to load the pin with sodium chloride first, then the igf to ensure all the igf gets into your body. I don't do this because insulin pins pretty much push all of it into the body anyway. Just some options.

One more tip, when u reconstitute tip the igf vial on an angle and slowly drip the acetic acid down the side of the vial. Do not allow it to spray directly on the powder. If it does not dissolve once the liquid is in, let it sit for a few minutes. If still not dissolved, gently swirl in one direction. I usually hold in my hands and slowly roll in one direction. It should dissolve quickly. Do not shake the vial. It is a delicate peptide, and be sure to refridgerate after diluted. It is believed that it will survive at room temperature for a good amount of time from months to a year or two but I refridgerate to ensure it stays potent.

Good guidance from Userat204. Some reiteration present at: http://peptide-guide.com/insulingrowthfactor.html

Pre-load 20-25 pins would be my approach. Best of luck!

Thanks all for the great help.
One more noob question if i may. Well 2 actually.
I've never used insulin syringes before. This is my first time trying a peptide. Scince the pin is IM for IGF do you change the needle to like a regular 23 x 1.5 inch or what?
from the sponsor site, is the .5cc or the 1cc best?
    Thanks greatly for the help

I would just purchase 28,29,or 30 gauge insulin syringes. I usually get the 1/2 inch, 1ml/cc. These are perfect for IM and Sub Q. IM is the prefered method. If you try to use a 3ml it would be very difficult to measure. It is essentially a very small amount of liquid per dose. Most insulin pins I have come across do not have a needle that can be removed from the barrel. Not sure if they make them but I haven't seen them. Just use the insulin pin. No need for anything larger especially if u site inject. If you want to use in quads it might need to be a little longer but 1/2 work well.

That was a very informative link and I think would be essential to any first time user of igf. It gets right to the point of how to use properly. Thank you
