Mixing hgh

I was wondering about mixing hgh w/the bacteriostatic h20. I have the small vials w/ 4ius of the hgh powder in each one and was wondering how much of the water goes in each one. thanks in advance

I'd add 0.4ml that way you have 1iu for every 10 mark on a slin pin.
