    HGH questions

    im just looking for some info about hgh.

    like how long you cycle for
    how much per day
    how many days per week
    can you use hgh by itself? or does it need to be stacked with anything?

    Im just looking to learn since i dont know shit about it , thanks

    Right now im 18 years of age, ive been training for a year an a half, body fat is around 12% at this time, My goals are next year of competing in a fitness show. But im honestly just looking for some good info on the knowledge of how to use it and everything at the moment

    rhGH at 18 is risky. You have pretty good levels already and taking exo gh will blunt your endo gh. Plus you risk some serious side effects if your growth plates are not fused yet.

    Oh my! 18 is WAY off the map for taking HGH. Just way too early. For starters you already have a ton of growth hormone .

    First of all, your growth plates have probably not fused yet at 18. Taking HGH could really mess with your growth.
    Also you could really hurt your endocrine system by shutting down your own growth pulse by creating a negative feedback loop. In essence this means that if you start to rely on the synthetic gh, then your own growth pulse could start to shut down thus leading to all kinds of problems down the road.

    PLEASE STAY AWAY from HGH NOW!

    Nobody here will advise an 18 year old to take HGH. Please try to concentrate on your diet and training for now. Get some good sleep. A great way to boost your own gh pulse is to go to bed between 10-12 PM because this is the natural circadian rhythm time for a big pulse. 'tis true.

    i was just looking for info, i wasnt planning on taking it right now. like i said just looking for info since i dont know anything about it

    Glad to hear you are doing some research. However, there is no reason to even think about HGH for another 10 years at least.

    Keep hanging and learning. Just so you know, I thank you for being honest about your age. I really do.

    Okay...here is the deal. Just a few weeks ago, a challenge was created here. The first ever. It starts January 3rd and goes for 12 weeks. If you are interested, you can sign up. And if you want a trainer, you will be assigned one by a Moderator. Your trainer will train you thru PMs so that everything you do is secret during the process. The results as to who wins are based on "most improved" during the 12 weeks with before/after photos.
    Read the thread below and then all you have to do is announce you want to enter. This is an exciting event here.
    And at 18, man-oh-man.....you have a natural edge. Could be perfect timing.
