HGH Dosing

Assuming that most people's GH comes in 10 iu vials, why is 4iu per day such a popular dose? Unless I'm really missing something, regardless of how much bac water you add, you would take 2 - 4iu doses and then on the third dose you would draw the remaining 2iu, then have to reconstitute another vial to draw the remaining 2iu to complete your dose. For those that do it this way, do you use the same slin pin to draw the 2iu out of 2 separate vials and use it to inject? Seems like asking for problems IMHO. Why not just take 3.33iu or bump to 5iu?

A lot of people do 4iu by doing 2iu am and 2iu pm. That way for one of you afternoon shots you use a new vial.

i reconstitue 2 vials at a time...using it so fast that won't go bad. i use a different needle to reconstitute. I use an insulin needle to draw from the two vials to get proper dosage and then inject. after you pin, properly dispose of the needle. ONE PIN PER NEEDLE!!

I got lazy when I changed jobs and couldn't do 2 shots per day. I just piin 5iu/ed in the morning as soon as I get up and I'm done for the day. Still feel great and it's been over a year since I've been doing it.
