Trying to develop a wider chest
I currently have a 48" wide chest and have noticed as I am on a couple of Premordial Performance's products my strength has gone through the roof especially on Bench, but the size hasn't changed that much. What can I do differently? First thought was keep lifting like I am and it will happen naturally. But would hgh help make it wider and bigger if you pin in a certain spot?

here, ill help you since no one of the retard mods here will answer you, since marcus is too busy to argue his bs agenda,
this is my last post on this board,
hgh, legit hgh, will not widen your chest, it will do what it did to phil heath if you want to appear wider, it will increase the delt size resulting in being wider, take a look at
'mod marcus' or the pic of the guy i put here few days ago, look at the delt, they are fuller, they are more sculpted, the insertions are deeper, they have more muscle fibers in them that were blown up by the use of anabolic steroids , this is how you get wider appearance if your chest suck, this is why phil heath became wide. any legit gh does it while leaning you out, from my experience all the following gh will do it at 5 iu or over
serostim
humatrope
kigtropin
thanktropin
the old brown tops that are not produced anymore, they are today most likely branded chinese gh, probably hyge
thats what works, i tried them all at 5iu and up, you wont get 'mod marcus' size on 5iu it will take you 10iu for that if not 15, but as you can see size doesnt always mean brain, nor does it mean doing any damage on pro stage.

do wide grip presses and change up your chest routine... go to workout section and post your stats... oh and stretch people forget to stretch till it hurts widens your chest

I will back what newyorkrockstar stated.
Also, add in flies (cable, or db), weighted dips (lean over to focus on hitting your chest more)
Def stretch. Get in a flies position and bring the db's down and let the weight stretch your chest out... hold it for 60 seconds or as long as you can.
It will hurt, you will shake, you will sweat, you will hate life. But it works.

Arnold had suggested to do dumbbell extensions - not sure exactly what it's called but you lay on your back on a bench, and using one dumbbell extend it up over your head stretching your ribcage. He said this was a sure thing, and I have noticed improvement with the myself.

Ok thanks guys. The strength part is not what I worried about because my diet is solid, im just worried about more what I look like in the mirror. lol. I will try those stretching exercises and see what happens in the next few minutes.

Different people have different training techniques and the improvement on wide of the chest depends upon training intensity, diet and amount of aas and hgh you use. I agree with mighty1 for his description about Phil Health. Actually Phil is not very wide guy and he has narrow shoulders. The reason why he looks big and at par with Jay is the miracle of using high amount of hgh. Come guys, the reason why todays bodybuilders looks massive is the introduction of hgh. Guys come on stage at 240lbs, 5-6% bodyfat at 5'7 frame. Its only possible with use of hgh in smarter ways.

Im still scratching my head trying to understand how -from Mighty1-... chest size come from the drugs/hgh you take and NOT your workout routine. I am just dumbfounded!!!! wow

Dumbell Flyes and Dumbell bench press are te number one... you can use cable flyes if you want to they work just as well.. sometimes better if you get creative with your technique.

Try the exercises above and remember your not gonna see results in a week. Building a quality chest takes time.
Also something to keep in mind. When I started really focusing on widening my lats and thickening my back it made my whole upper body look bigger including chest. So don't forget to kill it on back night aswell.

I like the dumbbell fly stretching like dukkitdalaw suggests. It's worked for me. I've also worked on my delts and shoulders. The combination of chest, back and shoulders made look wider.
