I have some questions on igf 1 and hgh. Been doing a lot of reading and I'm rather confused. Igf is released when growth hormone is destroyed in the liver? And I see you guys talk bout eating immediately after gh inject?

Is one better than the other?

Also has anyone tried the igf long from ar research? If so could you pm me and tell me how the experience was.

I go for surgery in a few days and I'm planning a big comeback with 500mg test and 600eq for 10 to 12 weeks. So trying to plan everything.

Current stats- bf near 20%. 32 years old. 74 inches with a 38-40 waist.
Would love to add some mass and shed the fat

Gh is probably better with aas and will help you recover. Igf is great and helps with recovery but if u have to choose one the gh. I've never used gh. Just what I read. Igf works very well with aas and I use all the time. What type of results are you looking for. I seem to gain more on aas when using igf and recover faster in pct.

I'm looking for as much growth as possible. So I'm trying to read as much as I can on it. Not sure if I will have access to the hgh. And the gains you get from igf you keep right? You will create more muscle cells right?

And what's the deal with consuming dextrose immediately. Is it for the same reason we use it post workout?
