    HGH + AAS + PCT + Supps + Diet + Workout ( Opinions + Advice Please )

    Hi,

    So im about to introduce a new cycle and this is what i have put together...

    First of all my workout experience: a few years on and off
    Previous Cycles : Winnie, Tren , Primobolan , HGH

    Stats: weight 100KG, Hieght 6'0", BF 18 - 20%~

    Diet: I have my own program set from my doctor, with blood tests every other week just to make sure everything is in check.

    Workout: I have my personal trainer setting out a decent program ( ive been working out with the guy for a couple years now ).

    ok so now ill start with the cycle:

    HGH ( Genotropin ) 5.3mg ---->>> 4IU 6d/wk
    Test E 250mg (German)------->>> 1ml 1d/wk
    Primobolan (Turkish) --------->>> 1ml e3d
    Winistrol (Spanish) ---------->>> 1ml e2d


    Androlic (Thailand) Also Known as Andro50 ( just to kick start the cycle) thinking of 15-20 days

    Arimidex on hand just incase ( also thinking of running through cycle ) i am very sensitive with estrogen and acne.

    PCT:

    HCG
    Nolvadex
    Clomid

    Supps:

    Caesin Protien ----------->>> Pre Bed Time
    Whey Protien ----------->>> Am + P
    Muscle Tech Aplodan ----------->>> 1AM/1 PRE WO/1 PWO
    Muscle Tech Nano x9 ( First Month ) ----------->>> 3AM / 3PRE WO
    Plasma Jet ( 2nd Month onwards ) ------------>>> 10 3d/wk
    Amino Tech ( Universal ) ----------->>> 4PRE WO / 4 PST WO
    Amino Xtend ------------>>> 2SCP PRE WO
    Arson ( Fat Burner ) -------------->>> 3AM / 3 PST WO



    im sure most of you will have comments and suggestions on my cycle, also alot will ask for more details ... please do feel free to make any contructive criticism.. and i am always open to adjustments in my program..

    Hi,

    First of all I wish you good luck and fun with the hard work at hand. I commend you for taking the most important step which is making the decision. The work after is just that, simple work and methodical follow through of the thought.

    Secondly my opinion is that the whole plan and especially supplements is overly complicated and too much. There is no need for that amount of supplements as supps are just a watered down version of real food. And even food in todays bb is highly overated. 300grams of protein from fish, meat, moderated amount of carbs from slow glycemic foods and low fat (omegas are needed) and you are basically done. If you have higher goals then adjusting is needed acording to goal and own body.

    No need for 8 different supps. This looks to me like a walking commercial for using as much of not really needed products and making them the key factor, which they can never be.

    For you to be lean and mean you need the apropriate diet (high protein etc), knowing how to train and how much (experience and knowledge of your body is important) and good quality juice.

    For AAS I feel that its important to work with as little as needed for desired goal. No need for 5-6 compounds. No need at all. If you cant grow and get better with test and HGH then there are other much bigger problems in the formula to be solved. The HGH you have will be more then enough to warrant good fat loss(even on so-so diet). How it will all look in the end will be dependant on your genetics (not changable), diet and training.

    Also the every other week visit to the doc is in my opinion not needed and perhaps shows that you have some more experience to gain on using AAS in combination with your body. A check every 3 months sounds more practical and goal oriented and more often is not really needed.

    A couple issue. How many cycles have you ran? I didn't see any previous test use? Test should have been used, especially with tren . Maybe you are one of the handful of people who don't get limp di*k from it. The test dose could be better at 500mg. I don't see a point at 250 unless just to keep your libido and keeping test in the system when you are shut down. Hcg shouldn't be used for pct. You need to start it about 4 weeks into the cycle at 250mcg x 2 a week then stop using it with your last shot of test. You will need to use an AI while using hcg. I don't have experience with Winnie or primo. Hold out for a little bit and you should get some more responses and may get some more ideas. I also think you are going overboard on the supps. Maybe use some during pct. I would stick to basics on cycle (amino acids,creatine,glutamine,protien,carbs).

    Your cycle doesn't look too extreme. My eyes caught your bf at 18% to 20% and your susceptibility to estrogen. The Test is going to aromitize so you should be on .25mg to .5mg of arimidex ed. I got acne on my sustanon cycle and I tried every topical solution without any success. I took accutane for 4 weeks and the acne all dried up. Acne STINKS. Good luck bro.
